About Me
I first found a deep connection to yoga while searching for a way to keep my body moving as I navigated chronic illness and fatigue.
Yoga gave me that and so much more.
Through practice, I began to feel physical healing, while my mind and body grew calmer and more settled.
I am driven by a genuine desire to support others on their own wellbeing journeys, and by a deep fascination with how movement, breath, and music or sound can help us heal, regulate, and reconnect.
This curiosity continues to shape both my teaching and my ongoing training.
I enjoy a wide variety of yoga styles, but my own teaching style is primarily slower-paced and mindful, with an emphasis on awareness, choice, and compassion.
I decided to train as a teacher because I truly believe that everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga.
Being able to share this with others is incredibly rewarding, and I am deeply committed to making yoga as accessible and inclusive as possible.
I love meeting and teaching yogis at all stages of their practice, and I have a particular passion for supporting beginners as they build confidence, understanding, and trust in their bodies.
