About Me

After experiencing health issues that prevented me from maintaining an vigorous gym regimen, I rediscovered yoga (having dabbled on and off over the years). Over time, I began to appreciate the significant mental and physical benefits that regular yoga practice offers.

 

Having a passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing, I decided to start training as a yoga teacher and I completed 200Hr Hatha Vinyasa YTT in June.

I am honoured to have the opportunity to establish and provide a space for individuals to connect with their mind and body through the integration of breath and movement.

 

My journey with yoga has helped me find inner peace and balance in my life. I am now dedicated to helping fellow yogis achieve the same.

In my classes, I aim to provide a comfortable and safe space to practise where yogis can find what feels best for them.
